These terms apply to the BLOWIE online store at https://blowie.co.za and purchases made through it.
Read these terms together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory South African law takes priority if any provision conflicts with it.
Website use and orders
You must have legal capacity to place an order or act with the necessary parent or guardian authorisation.
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Before paying, review your products, quantities, address and total charges. Contact helloblowie@gmail.com promptly if you notice an error.
You may not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with its operation.
Product information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images. Minor colour differences may result from lighting or screen settings, but products supplied must match their description and meet applicable legal standards.
Use products according to the supplied instructions. Battery runtime and perceived airflow may vary according to settings and conditions. A personal fan provides airflow and does not function as air conditioning.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory costs will be disclosed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We may investigate suspected fraud or genuine pricing and availability errors. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund payments due. Changes to an existing order require your agreement.
Promotions apply under the conditions disclosed with the offer. Promotional purchases retain statutory consumer rights.
Delivery and order changes
Delivery estimates and arrangements appear in our Shipping Policy.
Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We will explain what can be changed based on the order’s progress. Dispatch does not remove statutory cancellation or return rights.
We remain responsible for addressing delivery problems involving the couriers or fulfilment providers we use.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report problems and exercise applicable return, cancellation and refund rights.
Replacement assistance is available where appropriate and agreed with you. It is not the only remedy where the law provides other options.
Website content and third-party services
Content we own or are authorised to use may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment and other services may be provided by third parties as disclosed during your purchase and in our Privacy Policy. BLOWIE remains responsible for dealing with your order.
Responsibility and disputes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory product liability, liability for gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
South African law governs these terms. Please contact us so we can try to resolve any complaint. You retain access to competent courts, consumer regulators, applicable ombuds and other remedies available under law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future transactions. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you. Updates do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
